REFUND POLICY
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days from the date of payment.
- Refunds are applicable only to eligible training/service fees and are subject to management approval.
- Examination fees, exam vouchers, certification fees, membership fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once processed, issued, registered, or submitted to the relevant organization.
- Once a training program has commenced or course materials have been provided/accessed, the training fee is generally non-refundable. A batch transfer may be offered at the company's discretion.
- Refunds, where approved, will normally be processed within 60 business days after approval, subject to applicable payment/banking procedures.
- No refund will normally be provided for failure to attend classes, failure to pass an examination, change of mind, or personal scheduling issues.
- MOON INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
By making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.
